HAL Recruitment 2021: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence has invited job applications from young, energetic and result oriented graduate engineers with the brilliant academic record for the posts of design trainee or management trainee for its various production, overhaul & service divisions/research & design centres and offices. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the job before April 5.

Design Trainee: 60

Management Trainee: 40

Education Qualifications:

Candidates applying for these posts should have a full-time bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or its equivalent with 65 percent marks from the institutes or universities recognised by appropriate statutory authorities in the country.

Note: Candidates belonging to SC/ST PwBD categories having 55 percent marks will be eligible for these jobs. For more details please read the official notification by clicking the link given below.

Selection process:

The selection process will comprise of all-India-based online selection test and interview.

Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for the online test. Candidates are required to appear for the online test at their own expense, on the date, time and venue, which will be mentioned in their Admit Card. The candidate has to download his/her Admit card from HAL website. Admit cards will not be sent either by post or by e-mail.

The online test will be held at cities as indicated in the online application form.

Candidates are required to choose any three cities as the preference for the test center. No change in any circumstance will be considered subsequently. However, HAL reserves the right to add or cancel any center and allocate an appropriate center and reschedule the test date or venue depending upon the circumstances & the candidates are bound by the same.
