New Delhi: KIOCL's CMD, MV Subba Rao has been felicitated at the "9th PSE Excellence Awards" organised by Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) for his outstanding contribution for the growth of public sector undertaking (PSU).
The award has been given by the former secretary, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Dr Ajay Dua in a function held in New Delhi on Thursday. Rao also addressed the august gathering present at the PSE Excellence Awards. Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is the premier body of business and industry in eastern and north-eastern India, in New Delhi recently.
Rao has more than 30 years of experience in the steel industry with the SPSE (State Public Sector Enterprises), CPSE(Central Public Sector Enterprises) and MNC companies. He had taken over the charge of Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of KIOCL Limited on January 2018. Rao holds the master's degree in Marketing, bachelor's degree in Metallurgy along with PG diploma in Marketing.
