IREL declares 2nd interim dividend for FY 2021-22

With the declaration of the 2nd interim dividend, the total dividend paid by IREL would amount to Rs 130.00 crore for the year 2021-22

New Delhi: IREL (India) Limited, a PSU under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), has declared the second instalment of interim dividend out of the profit for the financial year 2021-22. With the declaration of the 2nd interim dividend, the total dividend paid by IREL would amount to Rs 130.00 crore for the year 2021-22.

The company has complied with the consistent dividend payment advisory issued by the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) and declared dividends over and above the minimum dividend payment stipulations.

During FY 2021-22, IREL delivered one of its best physical and financial performances, the company attained its highest ever turnover of Rs 1,462 crores.

In addition, the company has secured an "Excellent" MoU rating for the 4th consecutive year. The above feat could be achieved despite withstanding two waves of the Pandemic and disruptions in the supply chain.
