Large scale COVID vaccination drive carried out by NHPC

NHPC Limited has undertaken a large-scale COVID-19 vaccination drive across all its locations in the country and 9,043 people have been vaccinated so far

New Delhi: NHPC Limited, India's premier hydropower company has undertaken a large scale COVID-19 vaccination drive across all its locations in the country. As on April 13, a total of 9,043 people including NHPC employees and their dependents, retired NHPC employees and dependents, security & contract staff have been administered Covid-19 vaccines across 30 locations of NHPC including Corporate Office, Power Stations, Projects & Regional Offices. Among these, 6574 people have received first dose and 2469 received the second dose of the vaccine.

NHPC has already organized 52 vaccination camps across its locations and is in process of holding 34 more vaccination camps. The camps are being organized by the NHPC medical staff in association with local hospitals and state administration.
