Here is the list of PSUs’ CVOs, who get tenure extension on their post

New Delhi: The government on Thursday has issued an order of Extention of the services of these officers working as Chief Vigilance Officers (CVOs) in public sector undertakings (PSUs). Here is the list

  1. The services of Bharat Coking Coal Limited's (BCCL) CVO Kumar Animesh (IRAS), have been extended for a period of two years. Animesh is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer of 2000 batch. He is currently serving as CVO of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL), Dhanbad, a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Coal.
  2. The deputation of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL)'s CVO Sunil Jain (IRTS) has been extended up to the date of his superannuation. An order issued from the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) said that the government has approved the proposal for extension of deputation tenure of BPCL's CVO Sunil Jain (IRTS), beyond August 27, for a period up to May 31, 2021, i.e. the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Jain is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer of 1987-batch. 
  3. The services of MECON Limited's CVO Kumar Kedia (ITS) have been extended for a period of two years beyond October 29, i.e. up to October 29, 2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
  4. The services of Geological Survey of India's (GSI) CVO Santanu Saha (IOFS) have been extended for a period of two years beyond September 11, i.e. up to September 11, 2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Saha is an Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS) officer of 2001 batch.

In a separate order issued on the same day, the government has given additional charge of GAIL's CVO to Shubha Naresh Bhambhani (ITS). Bhambhani is an Income Tax Service (ITS) officer of 1987-batch. She is currently serving as CVO of Engineers India Limited (EIL). She has been given additional charge of the post for a period of one year, with effect from the date of assumption of the chare of till the appointment of a regular CVO of until further orders, whichever is earlier.
