New Delhi: Navratna PSU, NBCC (India) Limited has constructed an auditorium and museum for the Department of Culture, Govt. of Uttarakhand. The project consists of two major buildings- the auditorium and the museum. The auditorium is equipped with the latest technologies such as digitally controlled lighting systems, digital sound processing systems, acoustical cladding works, intelligent fire-fighting and detection systems, public addressable systems, rainwater harvesting, etc.

Simultaneously, the newly built museum exhibits folk and traditional craft of Uttarakhand State such as captivating stone and metal sculptures, artefacts, sensitive paintings, murals, fabric, scriptures, fossils, potteries, coins, contemporary and modern artworks, etc.\

The auditorium and museum buildings hold provisions for safe access and restrooms for specially-abled persons. The project displays the rich cultural heritage of the state. NBCC, being a major implementing agency of the government has successfully implemented various iconic projects across the nation and overseas.
