NBCC to construct storage facility for NFAI, foundation laid

National Film Archives of India's (NFAI) Director Prakash Magdum laid the foundation stone for the construction of Storage Facility (Vaults) to be developed by NBCC at Pune

New Delhi: National Film Archives of India's Director (NFAI) Prakash Magdum laid the foundation stone for the construction of Storage Facility (Vaults) to be developed by NBCC (India) Limited at Pune. To mark the significance of this day, officials from both organisations, who were present on the occasion, also participated in a tree plantation drive.

The new Film Storage Vaults will be constructed with global standards at an estimated cost of Rs 58.21 core.  National Film Heritage Mission Deputy Director & Officer on Special Duty Guru Prasad and NBCC (India)'s Chief General Manager Devender Kumar were also seen present during the occasion.
