NBCC & HSCL pay final dividend to Govt for FY 2020-21

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) have paid the final dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21. The dividend cheques were handed over to the Union Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) Hardeep Singh Puri on Wednesday in New Delhi.

NBCC paid a total dividend of Rs 52.24 crore to its shareholders for the financial year 2020-21. The cheque of Rs 52.24 crore was handed over as final dividend to the Minister by NBCC's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Pawn Kumar Gupta in the presence of MoHUA Secretary Durga Shanker Mishra. MoHUA's Additional Secretary Kamran Rizvi, NBCC's Director (Finance) Sokhey were also present on the occasion.

HSCL has also paid its final dividend of Rs. 4.36 crore (includes Rs. 1.68 crore dividend and Rs. 2.68 crore as an interim dividend) for the financial year 2020-21 to the government of India. The cheque was presented to the Minister in presence of senior officials of NBCC, HSCC and MoHUA.
