NBCC is officially the 4th ‘Great Place to Work’ in the PSU sector

New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has been recently awarded with the status of 'Great Place to Work,' by the renowned Great-Place-to-Work Institute. With this distinct recognition, the company joins the select band of distinguished companies identified as great places to work at.

This prestigious global certification places NBCC at the fourth place amongst the existing 300 CPSEs. The institute selects companies on the basis of high-trust, high-performance culture™ each year on the basis of scientific and rigorous assessment of people practices and analysis of survey inputs at the company. The recognition is a direct outcome of consistent efforts of the human resource management team of NBCC, a statement said.

NBCC (India) Limited, formerly National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited, is a blue-chip Navratna enterprise and a PSU which trades publicly in the market. NBCC acquired 100 percent stake in Miniratna hospital consultancy firm Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation Limited (HSCC) from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on November 6, 2018. The organisation acquired over 51 percent stake in Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), a PSU under the Steel Ministry in 2017.
