NBCC bags PMC order worth Rs 206 crore for various civil works from OHPC

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, on Tuesday announced that it has bagged has been awarded the work order for engagement as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for undertaking various civil works of Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited. "NBCC (India) Limited has been awarded the work order for engagement as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for undertaking various civil works of Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited (OHPC)," the Navratna PSU said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Tuesday.

The total value of the project is Rs 206 crore and NBCC will act as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the project. "NBCC is project Management Consultant for this Project of the value Rs 206.00 crore (approx.)," it added.

Earlier on April 12, NBCC had secured a PMC order of Rs 596.75 crore for construction work in NIT-Uttarakhand.

OHPC is a state PSU under the government of Odisha. The PSU has been set up by the government of Odisha for the development of water resources in the state and elsewhere in the country while augmenting hydropower generating capacity by setting up new hydropower projects.
