NBCC reports net profit growth of 30.87% in nine-months of FY22

NBCC has reported a turnover of Rs 3,698.75 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2021, as compared to Rs 2,923.30 crore for the corresponding nine months ended December 31, 2020, representing a growth of 26.53 percent

New Delhi: The Board of Directors of NBCC (India) Limited, in its meeting held on February 14 has approved the financial results of the company for the 3rd quarter (Q3) and nine months period ended on December 31, 2021. According to NBCC's financial report, the company has reported a turnover of Rs 3,698.75 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2021, as compared to Rs 2,923.30 crore for the corresponding nine months ended December 31, 2020, representing a growth of 26.53 percent, said a statement.

The company earned profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 215.92 crore for the April-December period of FY22 as compared to Rs 142.59 crore for the corresponding nine months ended December 31, 2020, showcasing a growth of 51.42 percent. Apart from this, the company reported a net profit of of Rs 162.21 crore for the nine months ended December 21, 2021 as compared to Rs 123.94 crore for the corresponding nine months ended December 31, 2020, manifesting a growth of 30.87 percent.

A preferred partner of the government for infrastructure projects, NBCC Limited's 95 percent of business revenue comes under PMC segment and Redevelopment works which has grown by leaps and bounds, touching an order book of nearly Rs 56,000 crore, said NBCC.
