NBCC Services Ltd signed an MoU with NBCC for FY’2020-21

NBCC Service Limited (NSL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with its parent company NBCC (India) Limited for the current financial year (FY2020-21)

New Delhi: NBCC Services Limited (NSL), a subsidiary company of NBCC (India) Limited, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with its parent company NBCC (India) Limited for the financial year 2020-21 on August 31. The MoU has been signed by NBCC's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) PK Gupta and NSL's Chairman & NBCC's Director (Projects)  Neelesh Shah on behalf of NBCC and NSL respectably. BK Sokhey, Director (Finance) NBCC, CEO & CFO NSL were also present on the occasion. The MoU contained business targets of NSL on various parameters for the FY2020-21.

NBCC Services Limited (NSL), set up on October 16, 2014, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NBCC (India) Limited with the mandate to extend maintenance services in respect of projects completed by the parent company, NBCC so as to provide end to end services to its customers. NSL has earned a niche for itself in the field of post-construction maintenance services, consistently ensuring quality, sustainability, innovation and cost-effectiveness for its clients. The maintenance projects earlier being handled by NBCC, have now become the responsibility of NSL.
