NCL celebrates 37th foundation day in presence of its former CMDs

Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) is celebrating its 37th Foundation day on Sunday in presence of former CMDs, CMD and functional Directors

New Delhi: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) is celebrating its 37th Foundation day on Sunday. On the occasion, NCL CMD PK Sinha paid floral tributes at Saheed Smarak to commemorate the supreme sacrifice of fellow miners in ensuring the energy security of the nation. The Miniratna Coal PSU started its journey it's Journey in 1985.

The occasion was blessed with the august presence of the coal legends and the former CMD's U Kumar, VK Singh, TK Nag, Amal Kumar Das, Shantilata Sahu and BR Reddy along with Director (Technical/Operation) Dr Anindya Sinha, Director (Finance and Personnel) RN Dubey, CVO AK Shrivastava as a guest of honour.

In a slew of events, a special Samvaad-Experience Sharing session was conducted where veterans bestowed a 'success mantra' to team NCL in the session. CMD apprised about the recent success story of the company and sought continuous guidance to team NCL for progressive growth. Former CMD's appreciated Team NCL for overall stellar performance including production and dispatch in testing time.

On this occasion Area General Managers of NCL, General Manager and HOD were also present or connected through video conference.

In the central celebration of foundation day, the outstanding projects and employees of the company will be felicitated in different categories.
