Nrusingha Behera set to be Director (Finance) of Engineering Projects (India) Ltd

PESB has been recommended the name of Nrusingha Behera for the post of Director (Finance) of Engineering Projects (India) Limited on Wednesday

New Delhi: Nrusingha Behera is set to be the next Director (Finance) of Engineering Projects (India) Limited, a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Panel (PESB) on Wednesday. He is currently serving as General Manager (Finance) in the Odisha Mining Corporation Limited (OMCL).

Behera has been recommended for the post of Director (Finance) of Engineering Projects (India) Limited from a list of three candidates who were interviewed by the selection panel. Out of three candidates, one candidate was from Engineering Projects (India) Ltd and another from Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL).

As Director (Finance) of Engineering Projects (India) Ltd, Behera will be a member of the Board of Directors and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be overall in charge of the finance and accounts of the organisation and is responsible for evolving and formulating policies related to finance and accounts as well as implementation.
