NTPC CMD felicitated at ‘New Frontiers’ a program on renewable energy

New Delhi: NTPC Limited has been felicitated at the 'New Frontiers:' a programme on renewable energy,' event which was organised by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India on Wednesday at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

NTPC Limited's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Gurdeep Singh received the award from Union Minister of Power and New & Renewable Energy RK Singh and Union Minister of State of New and Renewable Energy, and Chemicals & Fertilizers Bhagwanth Khuba. This program was organised to felicitate those who have submitted their energy compacts to UN showcasing India's Leadership in Energy Transition'. NTPC is the 1st energy company across the globe that declared its ECs at the United Nations (UN).

'New Frontiers' is a program being organised by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), as part of the 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' celebrations. The program is being organised from February 16 to February 18, 2022, at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
