NTPC Tamil Nadu Energy Company Ltd pays 2nd interim dividend to NTPC

New Delhi: NTPC Tamil Nadu Energy Company Limited (NTECL), a JV Company of NTPC Limited & TANGEDCO (50:50), paid the second interim dividend of Rs 100.11 crore for the year 2022-23 towards NTPC's 50 percent share.

Ramesh Babu V, Chairman, NTECL & Director (Operations), NTPC had presented the cheque to Gurdeep Singh, Chairman & Managing Director, NTPC.

Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director (Finance), NTPC, Sandeep Aggarwal, ED (Finance) & Director, NTECL and Amit Garg, Co Secretary, NTECL were also present on the occasion. The interim dividend has also been paid to the other Joint Venture partner, TANGEDCO, on its shareholding of 50 percent in NTECL.
