PESB picks Mirza Mohammad Abdulla for MOIL’s Director (Production & Planning) post

Mirza Mohammad Abdulla, who is currently serving as General Manager of MOIL Limited, has been selected for the appointment as Director (Production & Planning) in MOIL Limited

New Delhi: Mirza Mohammad Abdulla is set to be the next Director (Production & Planning) of MOIL Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Steel. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel, the head hunter body for PSUs, on Tuesday. He is currently serving as General Manager in the same organisation.

Abdulla has been recommended for the post of Director (Production & Planning) of MOIL Limited from the list of four candidates, who were interviewed by the selection panel. There were a total of three candidates including Abdulla, who were on the list were from MOIL Limited and one candidate was from Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL).

As Director (Production & Planning) of MOIL Limited, Abdulla will be a member of the Board of Directors and will report to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). He will be the head of Production, Projects and Planning Departments of the organisation. He also will be accountable for achieving a high degree of performance and productivity through well-directed coordination of all operations.
