New Delhi: Pradeep Laxmanrao Kamle (IRSME) has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Manganese Ore India Limited (MOIL), a PSU under the Ministry of Steel. According to an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), he has been appointed to the post for an initial period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Kamle is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) of 1995-batch. He is currently serving in South East Central Railway (SECR).

MOIL Limited

MOIL is a Miniratna state-owned manganese ore mining company headquartered in Nagpur. With a market share of 50 percent, it is the largest producer of manganese ore in India. MOIL operates 11 mines in adjoining districts of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. It has been ranked #486 among the top 500 companies in India and ninth in the Mines and Metals Sector of the Fortune India 500 list for 2011.
