Raj Kumar Dubey set to be next Director (HR) of BPCL

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of Raj Kumar Dubey for the post of Director (HR) of BPCL

New Delhi: Raj Kumar Dubey is set to be the next Director (Human Resources) of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoNPG). He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on Thursday. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director in Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), also a Maharatna PSU under the Petroleum Ministry.

Dubey has been recommended for the post of Director (HR) of BPCL from a list of six candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel in its selection meeting held on December 22. Out of six candidates, three candidates were from BPCL and one each from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Engineers India Limited (EIL).

As Director (HR) of BPCL, Dubey will be a member of the board of directors and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be overall in charge of coordinating and implementing personnel & industrial relations policies, management functions, administrative control etc. in the corporation.
