New Delhi: Rajeev Srivastava is the new Director (Finance) of ITI Limited, a Miniratna PSU under the Department of Telecommunications. He has assumed charge of the post on October 15. According to an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) order issued on October 14, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) headed by the Prime Minister had approved his appointment for the post. He has been appointed to the post for a period of five years with effect from October 15, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Prior to this assignment, he was serving as General Manager in the same organisation.

Srivastava's profile

Srivastava has done his Bachelors and Masters, both in Commerce from Delhi University, LLB from DAV Law College, CWA from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) and CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is a qualified Finance Professional having membership of the Institute of Cost & Management Accounts of India (ICMAI). He has a rich experience of more than 29 years in finance.

Srivastava had joined as General Manager-Finance in ITI Limited on December 17, 2018. Before joining ITI Limited, he has worked with the government as Director (Accounts) & Senior Accounts Officer from December 1990 to December 2018.
