REC marks International Women’s Day under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav

New Delhi: REC Limited, the 'Navratna' NBFC under the administrative control of the Ministry of Power, celebrated International Women's Day as part of 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' through a series of activities aimed at encouraging gender equality and inclusivity.

The celebrations started with an experiential learning tour to Rishikesh for all women employees of the corporation wherein they participated in various team-building and recreational outdoor activities. On March 8, REC organised a programme for its employees at its corporate office during which senior women leaders in the organisation shared their experiences and tips for women employees, followed by trivia on inspirational women achievers of the country.
