Susheela S Kulkarni and KK Kunjumon appointed as HOCL Nominee Directors of HFL

Susheela S Kulkarni and KK Kunjumon have been appointed as HOCL Nominee Directors of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Limited (HFL)

New Delhi: Susheela S Kulkarni and KK Kunjumon have been appointed as HOCL Nominee Directors on the board of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Limited (HFL), a subsidiary company of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL). The decision to appoint them as HOCL Nominee Directors has been taken by the HFL's board of directors at a meeting held on Saturday. Currently, Kulkarni is serving as Chief General Manager and Company Secretary of HOCL and Kunjumon as UIC & Executive Director of HOCL's Kochi Unit. They have been appointed to the post for a period till the respective dates of their superannuation or till further orders, whichever is earlier. The information was shared by HOCL in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Saturday.

"This is to inform the Exchange that in pursuance of the authority given to the Company Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd. (HOCL) under Article 76 (a) of the Articles of Association of the Subsidiary CO. HFL the Board of Directors at their meeting held today (on 6-3-2021) has appointed Mrs. Susheela S Kulkarni CGM & Company Secretary of the Company and Mr. K. K. Kunjumon UIC & ED Kochi Unit of the Company as HOCL Nominee Directors on the Board of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd. the Subsidiary Company of HOCL till the respective dates of their superannuation or till further orders whichever is earlier," HOCL informed to BSE.

Hindustan Fluorocarbons Limited (HFL) was incorporated on July 14, 1983, as a subsidiary company of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL), a CPSE under the administrative control of the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals. It is located at Rudraram, district Sangareddy, in Telangana.
