RINL-VSP CMD DK Mohanty presents ‘Nagar Rajbhasha Samman’

New Delhi: Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC), Visakhapatnam Chapter's Chairman and CMD of RINL-VSP DK Mohanty presented 'Rajbhasha Gaurav Samman' for the year 2020-21 to the PSUs located in Visakhapatnam for their exemplary performance in the field of official language implementation and 'Nagar Rajbhasha Samman' to the Hindi officers and coordinators of the respective organisations on award functioning event held today at Management Development Centre (MDC), Ukkunagaram, VSP.

Mohanty, who was the Chief Guest on the occasion, appreciated the efforts of TOLIC (undertaking) and the support of all the member organisations in the progressive use of Hindi in Visakhapatnam. He also congratulated all the award winners and wished that serious efforts towards the usage of Hindi in the offices shall be continued.  He expressed his happiness that TOLIC (PSU) has achieved a special mansion by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs.

'The TOLIC Awards,' Organisations are divided into two categories on the basis of the number of employees.  In category-1 four offices and in Category-II six offices were recognised. 

In category-I, HPCL's Visakha Refinery, Visakhapatnam Port Trust, Hindustan Shipyard Limited & LIC India were awarded first, second, third, consolation prizes respectively.

In category-II, HPCL-Visakha Regional Office, MSTC Limited, FCI-Regional Office, Airports Authority of India, ECGC, GAIL (India) Ltd were awarded first, second, third, consolation prizes respectively.

On the occasion, RINL's Chief General Manager (HR) G Gandhi was also present. Lalan Kumar, GM (Rajbhasha) & Admin Incharge & Member-Secretary (TOLIC) convened the meeting. While Dr T Hymavathi, AGM (Rajbhasha) proposed a vote of thanks.
