New Delhi: "Vigilance Awareness Week 2022" on the theme "Corruption Free India for a Developed Nation" was concluded on November 7, at the registered office of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA). The valedictory function was graced by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy's (MNRE) Joint Secretary & CVO Lalit Bohra.
Bohra lauded IREDA for its preventive vigilance measures and "Zero Tolerance Against Corruption." Further, he praised IREDA for its considerable and ongoing efforts to promote the growth of the renewable energy sector in the country as an industry leader.
IREDA CVO Manisha Saxena briefed the Bohra on the organization's vigilance activities. She pushed for the organisation's processes are being updated on a regular basis to reflect the policies and directives given by various Government agencies.
Numerous activities were carried out throughout the week-long Vigilance Awareness Week (From October 31 to November 7, 2022) in line with the theme, including holding seminars, workshops, debate competitions, a quiz for employees, and various activities for students at Delhi Technological University and Satyawati College, University of Delhi. IREDA has also launched a "Complaints Portal" as part of 'Vigilance Awareness Week 2022', which is accessible through the IREDA website.
