634 unsecured bonds of MTNL get listed in BSE on March 27

634 Unsecured, Rated, Listed bonds of MTNL got listed in BSE on Tuesday

New Delhi: State-owned Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday that 634 Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Nonconvertible, and Taxable bonds in the nature of Debentures Series VII-E having a date of maturity on March 24, 2033 got listed in BSE.

Further, the filing said, the outlook of the bonds is stable, and the credit rating is IND AAA(CE)/Stable, CARE AAA(CE)/Stable. The face value, paid-up value, and issue price are Rs 10,00,000 while the interest rate is 7.75 percent. The filing also added that interest payments will be done on a half-yearly basis.
