New Delhi: ACME Solar Holdings on Tuesday said it has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with Solar Energy Corporation of India for a 300 MW ISTS-connected Wind-Solar Hybrid Renewable Energy Project.

The company, through its subsidiary ACME Renewtech Fifth Pvt Ltd, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with SECI to this effect, a company statement said.
The tariff is already approved and adopted by the Central and State Regulator, the statement added.
The Hybrid RE Project will be connected to ISTS substations and will utilise the company's already secured connectivity at high-irradiation and wind zones. Under the PPA, ACME Solar will supply power at a minimum annual capacity utilization factor (CUF) of 30 percent.
With this, out of the total contracted portfolio of 8,070 MW, the PPA-signed portfolio stands at 6,870 MW.
ACME Solar Holdings Ltd is an integrated renewable energy player with a diversified portfolio of 8,070 MW spanning solar, wind, storage, FDRE and hybrid solutions and an operational contracted capacity of 2,990 MW and 3.62 GWh of BESS capacity and under construction contracted capacity of 5,080 MW.

The under construction Power Purchase Agreement signed portfolio stands at 3,880 MW.
