Bank of Baroda's total business crosses Rs 21 trillion

New Delhi: State-owned Bank of Baroda said in a regulatory filing on Monday that the total business of the bank crossed Rs 21 trillion milestone. "The total business of the bank grew by 16.8 percent on y-o-y basis to Rs 21.77 trillion," it stated. "Total Advances of the bank grew by 19 percent on y-o-y basis and 5.4 percent on q-o-q basis to Rs. 9.74 trillion as on March 31. Total Deposits of the bank grew by 15.1 percent on y-o-y basis and 4.7 percent on QoQ to Rs 12.04 trillion as on March 31," it added.

The filing also added, the Domestic CASA Deposits reached Rs 4,42,510 crores, registering a growth of 7.9 percent on y-o-y basis and 5.9 percent on q-o-q basis. Further, it added that the domestic retail advances reached Rs 1,78,223 crores, registering a growth of 26.9 percent on y-o-y basis and 6.8 percent on q-o-q basis.
