BHEL enters into tripartite agreement with M/s Alankit Assignments Ltd (New RTA) & M/s KFin Technologies Limited (Old RTA)

Hyderabad: State-owned Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL) has "entered into a tripartite agreement with M/s Alankit Assignments Ltd, New Delhi (New RTA) and M/s KFin Technologies Limited (formerly M/s KFin Technologies Pvt Ltd) (Old RTA) on February 17."

The company also informed, "This has reference to our earlier letter dated January 1, 2021 intimating change of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company with effect from January 1, 2021."
