Board of BEL approves interim dividend for FY'2022-23

The Board of Directors of BEL has declared second interim dividend of Rs 0.6 per equity share of Re 1 each fully paid-up for the financial year 2022-23

New Delhi: State-owned Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) said in a regulatory filing on Friday that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 17 has declared second interim dividend of Rs 0.6 (60 percent) per equity share of Re 1 each fully paid-up for the financial year 2022-23.

"The second interim dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration," it said. The company has fixed the record date as March 25.
