Board of Directors of SAIL to consider declaration of interim dividend on March 16

Board of Directors will consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23 in a meeting to be held on March 16

New Delhi: On Friday, the Steel Authority of India (SAIL), a Maharatna PSU said in a regulatory filing that its board of directors will organise a meeting on March 16 to consider declaration of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2022- 23, if any. "In case, the board decides to consider and declare the interim dividend, the record date for payment of interim dividend would be March 24," it added.

Further, it added, "Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the company shall be closed from March 11 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the completion of aforesaid Board Meeting scheduled on March 16."
