The agreement has been signed in the presence of key officials, including DDA Vice-Chairman Vijay Kumar Singh; CESL MD & CEO Vishal Kapoor; DDA Principal Commissioner Chittaranjan Dash; and Rajneesh Rana, Head-Convergence. The collaboration is structured under CESL’s Build-Own-Operate-Maintain (BOOM) model, ensuring the long-term sustainability of EV charging solutions.

Commenting on the development, Kapoor stated, “This partnership is a crucial milestone in Delhi’s EV journey. CESL is committed to expanding accessible and reliable EV infrastructure to accelerate the adoption of clean mobility solutions.”

DDA Vice-Chairman Vijay Kumar Singh emphasized DDA’s commitment to urban sustainability, stating, “Integrating EV charging and battery swapping stations within public spaces will contribute to making Delhi a future-ready, environmentally friendly city.”
