New Delhi: State-run Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai-based Rais Hassan Saadi (RHS) Group to explore collaborative opportunities in the overseas shipping and logistics sector.
The MoU, signed on July 14, aims to leverage the strengths of both organisations to offer integrated, seamless, and cost-effective end-to-end logistics solutions, with a particular emphasis on enhancing international multimodal connectivity.
According to an exchange filing by CONCOR, the partnership brings together its extensive expertise in inland logistics, terminal operations, and supply chain management with RHS Group’s established global footprint in shipping, freight forwarding, and maritime services.
Commenting on the development, CONCOR Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Sanjay Swarup said, “The MoU facilitates achieving our aim to provide seamless end-to-end logistics solutions for the customers beyond Indian territory.”
This strategic collaboration is expected to create synergies that will contribute to the growth of global trade and enhance the position of both CONCOR and RHS as significant players in the evolving international logistics and shipping landscape.
