DVC collaborates with NPTI for learning and development

Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has signed an MoU with the National Power Training Institute (NPTI) to foster learning and development

New Delhi: Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) and National Power Training Institute (NPTI) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on May 2 at DVC HQ, Kolkata. As per the MoU, both the organisations will collaborate to recalibrate their long-term association through a formal agreement to foster learning and development.

Under the MoU, both organisations have agreed to work together in a collaborative and integrated manner with respect to capacity building of DVC employees in the areas such as :- capacity-building interventions as a knowledge partner; collaborative research and projects; state - of - the - art training programs; seminars and conferences (including local, regional and international); to executive / management development programmes and consultancy services etc.

“This will give an impetus and boost to the human resource of DVC, so as to make it better equipped to contribute to the Power Sector of the nation,” DVC said in an official statement.
