EIL celebrates 79th Independence Day, reaffirms commitment to nation-building

New Delhi: Engineers India Limited (EIL) marked the 79th Independence Day with patriotic zeal at its Gurugram office complex, celebrating the occasion with employees, their families, and senior leadership.

EIL's Chairperson and Managing Director (CMD) Vartika Shukla hoisted the national flag in the presence of functional directors, the Chief Vigilance Officer, senior officials, and a large gathering of employees.

In her address, Shukla paid tribute to the sacrifices of freedom fighters and underscored the responsibility of every citizen to contribute to nation-building. She highlighted India’s progress across sectors and reaffirmed EIL’s dedication to engineering excellence, sustainability, and innovation in service of the nation.

The celebrations featured patriotic songs and dance performances by members of the EIL family, adding cultural vibrancy to the event. On the occasion, the CMD, Directors, and CVO presented the Annual Awards for 2024–25, recognising exceptional contributions and achievements across diverse categories.
