The agreement seeks to leverage the strengths of both organisations—C-DAC’s expertise in cutting-edge technologies in IT, electronics, and allied fields, and EPIL’s extensive experience in project management, engineering, and turnkey execution of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

Speaking on the occasion, EPIL's Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Shivendra Nath said, “This MoU broadly outlines the scope for potential engagements between the two organizations, focusing on joint offerings, integrated project delivery, and innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions.”

Under the MoU, both parties have agreed to explore opportunities for mutual collaboration that include holistic execution services and alignment in emerging technology-driven infrastructure projects. The collaboration is expected to strengthen India’s capabilities in delivering high-impact projects that integrate technology and infrastructure, aligned with national development goals.
