Grid-India holds 16th AGM, approves final dividend

New Delhi: Grid Controller of India Limited (Grid-India) successfully conducted its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24. The meeting was held in hybrid mode from the company’s registered office in New Delhi.

The meeting was attended by Grid-India CMD Samir Chandra Saxena; Director (Human Resources) Paresh R. Ranpara; Director (System Operation) RK Porwal; Director (Finance) & CFO Amit Kumar Jain; Government Nominee Directors Dr. Srikant Nagulapalli and Anjali Sinha; Independent Director Adv. Ravindra Ramdas Borawake; Company Secretary, Representative from the Ministry of Power and Statutory and Secretarial Auditors.

During the proceedings, members approved a final dividend of Rs 63.32 lakh, in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 569.90 lakh paid earlier to the Ministry of Power.
