New Delhi: HSCC (India) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NBCC (India) Limited, has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) to collaborate on building a comprehensive healthcare manufacturing and services ecosystem.
Under the MoU, the two public sector enterprises will explore opportunities across manufacturing and supply of medical devices, healthcare IT and digital solutions, consultancy services, project execution, joint procurement, as well as annual maintenance contract (AMC) and warranty support. Project-specific agreements will be executed separately as opportunities materialise.
According to NBCC, this collaboration is expected to leverage HSCC’s expertise in healthcare infrastructure and project management with BEL’s strengths in advanced electronics and technology solutions, particularly for the healthcare sector.
BEL's In-charge GM (EM) Narasimha Naika and HSCC's GM (SVIG) Monisha Tankha have exchanged the MoU in the presence of Mr Suresh Kumar KV, Director (Marketing), BEL, Mr Novman Ahmed, MD, HSCC, and other senior officers of BEL and HSCC.
