New Delhi: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) and NBCC (India) Limited have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to jointly undertake the development of a prestigious 10-acre project in Sector-62, Noida. The agreement was formalized in the presence of Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of HUDCO, and KP Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC, along with senior officials from both organisations.
The project, described as a "concept-to-commissioning" initiative, will feature a state-of-the-art institutional complex encompassing world-class office spaces, studio apartments, conference facilities, and retail outlets. Designed to cater to modern business and residential needs, the development is expected to transform the urban landscape of Sector-62. The project is slated for completion by December 2027.
