HUDCO sets ‘Excellent’ level performance targets for FY 2025-26

HUDCO has signed its annual MoU with MoHUA for the financial year 2025-26, laying down performance benchmarks across financial and non-financial parameters

New Delhi: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed its annual Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) for the financial year 2025-26, laying down performance benchmarks across financial and non-financial parameters.

The MoU has been signed both digitally and physically between MoHUA's Secretary Srinivas Katikithala and HUDCO's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Sanjay Kulshrestha, in the presence of senior officials from the Ministry and HUDCO.

As part of the agreement, HUDCO will be assessed on key financial ratios as well as non-financial indicators such as procurement through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), support to micro and small enterprises (MSEs), and corporate social responsibility (CSR) expenditure. The Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Ministry of Finance, has finalized ‘Excellent’ level targets for FY 2025-26
