IGL declares 2nd interim dividend & record date

The board of directors has approved the second interim dividend at the rate of 500 percent on the equity shares of IGL for the FY 2022-23

New Delhi: State-owned Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) said in a regulatory filing on Thursday that its board of directors has approved the second interim dividend at the rate of 500 percent i.e. Rs 10 per share on the equity shares of the company for the financial year 2022-23.

As per the filing, "the record date for ascertainment of shareholders entitled to receive the aforesaid interim dividend shall be March 31."
