According to the company, the 10 kg composite cylinder is significantly lighter than conventional steel cylinders, making it easier to carry, transport and use in both households and commercial establishments. The three-hour delivery promise is aimed at reducing waiting times for customers requiring LPG refills.

The service includes home delivery within three hours of booking, preferred delivery slot selection, a seamless digital booking process and simplified documentation, with no address proof required for eligible customers. Indian Oil said these features have been introduced to simplify LPG access while improving customer satisfaction.

Customers can register for new connections and book refills through the Indian Oil ONE App, the IndianOil customer website, or WhatsApp. The offering will be available through the company's extensive Indane distributor network and select IndianOil retail outlets.

Indian Oil said the launch of Indane XTRALITE NOW reflects its continued focus on innovation and customer-centric energy solutions, while strengthening its leadership in the LPG market with a differentiated offering for urban consumers seeking greater convenience and faster service.
