IREDA sets up service stall for Rath Yatra devotees in Puri

IREDA has set up a service stall near the Gundicha Temple in Puri to provide support to devotees during the nine-day Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath

New Delhi/Puri: Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has set up a service stall near the Gundicha Temple in Puri to provide support to devotees during the nine-day Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath.

The stall, inaugurated by IREDA Chairman and Managing Director Bijay Kumar Mohanty, will operate from July 16 to July 24, distributing drinking water and food to pilgrims while also creating awareness about the adoption of renewable energy for sustainable development.

Speaking on the occasion, Mohanty said the initiative reflects IREDA's commitment to serving the community and promoting sustainability. The company said the outreach programme underscores its continued focus on community welfare and cultural engagement alongside its clean energy mission.
