Guwahati: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced the opening of a new place of business on Thursday, said the corportion in a regulatory filing. The newly established Kaliabor Satellite Office (488T003) falls under the Nagaon Branch Office, located in the Guwahati Division of the Eastern Zone, the filing noted.

Kaliabor Satellite Office will function as essential hub to cater to insurance needs of customers

This strategic move by LIC aims to expand its presence and strengthen its services in the region. The Kaliabor Satellite Office will function as an essential hub to cater to the insurance needs of customers in the vicinity. By establishing this satellite office, LIC intends to enhance accessibility and provide convenient services to policyholders and potential customers.

Recently, the corporation also opened new satellite offices at Lakhipur, Silchar and Lakhna, Bharthana.
