NALCO fixes record date for payment of 2nd interim dividend

NALCO has fixed March 21 as the record date for payment of 2nd interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23

New Delhi: State-owned NALCO in a regulatory filing on Tuesday said that it has fixed March 21 as the record date for payment of 2nd interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23.

The filing added that "the 2nd interim dividend will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear as beneficial owners as at the end of business on March 21 as per their position which will be downloaded by CDSL and NSDL in respect of the shares held in the electronic form and as members in the Register of members of the company after giving effect to transmission/transposition if any, in physical form lodged with the company on or before March 21."
