NALCO, Odisha Pollution Control Board join hands for fly ash management

According to NALCO, this initiative will support environmental assessments, promote the productive utilisation of fly ash, and facilitate training and capacity-building initiatives

New Delhi: National Aluminium Company Ltd. (NALCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Odisha State Pollution Control Board (OSPCB) for strengthening fly ash management and its beneficial utilisation.

In a social media post on X, NALCO said that initiative will support environmental assessments, promote the productive utilisation of fly ash, and facilitate training and capacity-building initiatives.

The MoU has been signed in the presence of Ganesh Ram Sing Khuntia, Minister of State for Forest, Environment & Climate Change, Government of Odisha, and Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Director (Production) of NALCO.
