New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Limited on Tuesday said it has secured multiple work orders cumulatively valued at approximately Rs 176.28 crore in the normal course of business.

According to a regulatory filing, the contracts span across infrastructure development, construction, and project management consultancy services for various government and institutional clients.
Among the major orders, NBCC has been awarded a contract worth around Rs 54.35 crore by Canara Bank for the construction of an office building and residential quarters at Palarivattom in Kochi. Additionally, the company has secured another contract worth Rs 7.46 crore from the same client for constructing residential apartments in Thrissur.
The company has also received a significant order valued at Rs 50.98 crore from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti for construction works under Phase-B at 11 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in Odisha.
In the sports infrastructure segment, NBCC has been awarded a Rs 29.48 crore project by the Sports and Youth Services Department, Government of Odisha. The scope includes relaying a synthetic athletic track and upgrading FIFA-standard football grounds at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar, along with maintenance services.

Further, the company has secured an order worth Rs 29.24 crore from IIM Sambalpur for additional works under Phase-II infrastructure development at its permanent campus.
Smaller contracts include a Rs 2.34 crore project from APEDA for interior and fabrication work at its office premises, and a Rs 2.43 crore order from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti for furniture and internal fit-outs at a campus in Khagaria, Bihar.
