NBCC bags Rs 252.80 crore project in Odisha

New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Limited has secured a work order worth approximately Rs 252.80 crore from the Odisha School Education Programme Authority for implementation of the Godabarisha Mishra Adarsha Prathamika Vidyalaya (GMAPV) Scheme Phase-II in 46 schools across different districts of Odisha.

According to a regulatory filing made by the company on Friday, the project has been awarded in the normal course of business and will be executed as a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignment.

The contract has been awarded by the Odisha School Education Programme Authority, Bhubaneswar, and is domestic in nature. The value of the order is approximately Rs 252.80 crore, excluding GST.

NBCC stated that the project involves implementation of the GMAPV Scheme (Phase-II) in 46 schools located in various districts of the state.
