NBCC concludes e-auction of residential units worth Rs 1,045.40 crore in Noida, Greater Noida

NBCC has successfully concluded an e-auction of residential units with a total sale value of approximately Rs 1,045.40 crore

New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has successfully concluded an e-auction of residential units with a total sale value of approximately Rs 1,045.40 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

The e-auction involved the sale of 417 residential units at Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida (West), covering Tower Nos. 7 and 8, and Aspire Silicon City, Phase-IV (Tower No. 05) located in Sector-76, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, under Sub-Package-4.

NBCC will earn a marketing fee of 1 percent of the total sale value from the transaction. The company clarified that the e-auction was carried out in the normal course of business.
