New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) performance evaluation for the financial year 2024–25, securing a score of 97.58 marks.
The company’s latest performance marks a continuation of its strong track record, having also secured an ‘Excellent’ rating in the MoU evaluation for FY 2023–24. The rating reflects NBCC’s robust performance across key parameters, including project execution, quality standards, sustainability initiatives and corporate governance practices.
According to the company, the consecutive ‘Excellent’ ratings is the result of its consistent delivery of complex and large-scale projects spanning redevelopment, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), real estate development and overseas assignments. NBCC continues to play a significant role in the implementation of flagship government initiatives, particularly in the redevelopment of government housing and office complexes. These efforts align with the broader objectives of planned urban development and the national vision of a ‘Viksit Bharat’. The company has also placed sustained emphasis on green building norms, efficient resource utilisation and the deployment of modern construction technologies.
"With a strong order book and a strategic focus on redevelopment projects, PMC assignments, PSU land monetisation, real estate development and overseas expansion, NBCC said it remains well-positioned to contribute to India’s infrastructure growth and urban transformation journey," NBCC added.
