NBCC secures multiple work orders worth Rs 448.74 crore

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited on Wednesday said that it has secured multiple new work orders amounting to an approximate total of Rs 448.74 crore.

The contracts span diverse projects across sectors, with major assignments involving office interiors, structural demolition, and construction for prominent clients such as GAIL (India) Limited, New India Assurance, and the Income Tax Department, Govt of UP.

This information has been shared by the Navratna PSU in a regulotery filling to the stock exchange on Wednesday.

Among the awarded projects, NBCC will undertake the planning, design, and execution of interior and fit-out works for GAIL’s office located at the World Trade Centre in Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. This project is valued at Rs 50 crore.

In addition, NBCC has been assigned a comprehensive demolition, reconstruction, and furnishing project for New India Assurance, which includes four buildings in Andheri (West) and Malad (West), Mumbai. This contract is estimated to be worth Rs 136 crore.

The largest of these new orders is for the construction of "Pratyaksha Kar Bhawan," a Government complex in Kheora Bangar, Kanpur, which includes residential quarters and an MSTU setup. Commissioned by the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, UP (West), Kanpur, this project carries a value of Rs 262.74 crore.
